- All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The correct product will be shipped out to you within 48 hours, once we have performed a quality check after receiving the product.
- There will no refund of Cash On Delivery charges.
- As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to courier the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. - The calculation of reward points is as follows -
- 10 reward points = Re.1
- A maximum of 50 reward points(courier charges) will be credited to your Teegully account which you can use to shop more awesome tees at Teegully!
- The procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive and quality test your product. Once initiated, the courier charges will reflect in your Teegully account as reward points.
- We will intimate you of any status changes for your exchange request via email.

- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. So we request to cancel preferably within 5-6 hours of placing an order.
